Registration Guidelines:
- * Registration Fee Includes 18% GST.
- * Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunch, banquet & Gala dinner.
- * Kitbags will not be given for those who register after May 31st.
- * Accompanying person will not be entitled for the delegate kit.
- * Registration for above 70+ Years is complimentary. (Govt. Age ID Proof is Mandatory).
- * The Committee will use the email ID & mobile number provided by you only for the conference communication.
- * Organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date/venue/cancellation due to unforeseen reasons.
- * Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays/failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- * 75% refund for cancellations made on or before 28th Feb 2025.
- * 50% refund for cancellations made on or before 31st April 2025.
- * No refund for cancellations made after 31st April 2025.
